I was in the Caribbean 2 weeks ago and i tested them with long everyday run at degree celsius around 31 and they were perfect.

Having been a long distance runner for 10 years + I struggled to find anything that would stop rubbing. I suffered badly with cuts and chaffing after long runs. No amount of Vaseline, sudocream, talc made any difference. I discovered runderwear and amazingly now I am chafe free ! I wont buy any other undergarments for running again ! Thanks Runderwear team for a great product.
